Welcome to Subaya. By accessing or using the Subaya platform, the suya CLI, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
Section titled “Use of the Service”You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Compute & billing
Section titled “Compute & billing”Compute is metered. Charges accrue per the plan and pricing in effect; see Pricing. You can set spend limits in your account settings.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Disclaimer
Section titled “Disclaimer”The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subaya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
